Angiogram — Also known as cardiac catheterization, it is used to measure pressures in the heart chambers and vessels.

Electrophysiology study — This is specialized electrical testing of the heart for irregular or abnormal heart rhythms that may be life-threatening so that proper treatment can be given.

Transesophageal echocardiogram — This special echocardiogram shows the actual shape and contraction of the heart muscle and the flow of blood through the heart chambers and valves.

Coated stents & angioplasty — We use the new FDA-approved coated stents, along with angioplasty. Unlike traditional stents, these new stents are coated with a special drug that protects arterial walls for extended periods of time and keeps arteries open much longer. More importantly, it dramatically reduces the need for open-heart bypass surgeries and repeat angioplasties.
